Balcavage is a retired military officer, having served with the United States Army since 1983. He culminated his military career as the Chief of Staff of The U.S. Army War College, in the rank of Colonel, before retiring in September 2017. His strong leadership background helped Balcavage to make an easy transition into his current position with Crestcom.
