NASHVILLE, Tenn., November 4, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Crestcom International, LLC is pleased to announce one of its newest additions: Meredith Graham. She joins the Crestcom network as an authorized Crestcom licensee, President of Accelerated Leadership Solutions, delivering leadership development programs in Middle Tennessee.
Meredith has specialized in Human Resources Development, leading related functional areas across several industries for many companies headquartered in the Nashville Metropolitan area for the last 16 years. She has progressive experience in human resources, talent management, and leadership development. Her areas of focus include goal formation and management, performance assessment, targeted development planning, succession planning, and systems-related project design and execution.
She has proven success in leading enterprise-wide projects to achieve business objectives with superior consultative skills and demonstrated the ability to work as a business partner to align people strategy with organizational culture. She routinely displays her competency in decision making, organizational agility, accountability, & facilitation.
Most recently, she consulted as a Strategic Solution Executive in Talent Management with HealthStream, a healthcare workforce development software solution. Before her time at HealthStream, Meredith worked for Brookdale Senior Living, where she led the talent management and organizational development processes and programs such as competency modeling, performance management, 9-box calibration sessions, talent management system design, and succession planning. She also worked as the Manager of Talent and Organizational Development with Tractor Supply Company.
She graduated from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College with a B.S. in Cognitive Studies and Psychology and an M.Ed. in Human Resources Development. She is also an SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources, Certified Performance and Learning Professional, as well as a ProSci Certified Change Management Expert.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Meredith now resides in Brentwood, TN, and in her personal life, she likes to spend time with her husband, Travis, and her daughter, Addison. She is also an avid runner, having completed over 50 half marathons and 10 full marathons. Meredith is now the President of Accelerated Leadership Solutions and is excited to work with Crestcom.
